Liverpool will have the opportunity to build on their strong home performance when they play Fulham on Sunday.

The Reds’ flawless record at Anfield was extended with their Europa League victory over LASK last night. played ten games and won ten of them. Beyond that, things don’t get much better.
But Fulham, who defeated Wolves on Monday with a last-minute winner, will also be fired up. It will be necessary to address them.
And former England goalkeeper David Seaman has backed Liverpool to accomplish just that in an interview with his Seaman Says podcast.
“Bernd Leno is going to have a lot on his plate,” the sixty-year-old said. “I’ll take Liverpool 4-1.”
But this year, you’d hope that things will be different.
On the one hand, Liverpool are obviously looking much better than they were back in May. You’d back them against just about anyone at the moment, especially at Anfield.
However, Fulham isn’t quite as good as the group that nearly defeated Liverpool the previous season.
The Cottagers, who are currently in 14th place, appear to be a considerably weaker version of the team that placed 10th last time out.
They have been severely impacted by the loss of Aleksandar Mitrovic, but they still have some excellent players on the team. Not least of all is Joao Palhinha, a former Liverpool target who many would want to see wearing red on Sunday.
Let’s hope that the Portuguese have a challenging day at work today. Hopefully, Seaman is correct.
