This summer’s addition of Bellingham to Real Madrid has had a profound impact on the group. Despite having only recently joined the team, the youthful forward has already scored an astounding five goals and won the coveted Player of the Month award.
Kane’s sympathies
One of the important English players that changed teams this summer was Harry Kane.
The veteran forward joined Bayern Munich in Germany from Tottenham Hotspur for a rumoured sum of over €100 million and €10 million in add-ons, while Bellingham transferred from the German Bundesliga to Real Madrid.
The England captain responded, “Jude Bellingham is the future of Real Madrid,” when questioned about his countryman and his recent relocation to the city of Spain. He told MARCA that he was outstanding.
Bellingham’s strong opening
Bellingham nearly scored his sixth goal against Real Sociedad on Sunday with a strong header, but Sociedad goalkeeper Alex Remiro made an outstanding save to prevent it.
