A Real Madrid player’s return from injury has been confirmed.

Every major team in Europe was vying for the services of Jude Bellingham, and he is immediately demonstrating why. He has just made four appearances in Real Madrid’s competitive games, but he has already scored five goals and provided an assist. These are accomplishments that any striker in the world would be proud of, and the Englishman, who plays in the number 10 position in Carlo Ancelotti’s system, enjoys a great deal of freedom.

A Real Madrid player’s return from injury has been confirmed.

While at Borussia Dortmund, Bellingham was consistently regarded as one of the greatest talents in the world. However, he appears to have improved since donning the Real Madrid jersey.

That he only turned 20 recently is difficult to comprehend. What he might be capable of is inconceivable. One of the greatest footballers in history may be emerging before our very eyes.

Rio Ferdinand considers Bellingham to be older than players like Steven Gerrard, Frank Lampard, and Paul Scholes. The Manchester United great was quoted by Daily Post Nigeria as saying the following on BBC Radio 5Live:

“He will be compared to guys like Gerrard, Lampard, and Scholes, and I can confidently say that none of those players were performing at a level comparable to his at this age.

“In order for him to win more Ballon d’Ors. Because I think this kid is that good, I’ll be very astonished if he doesn’t end his career with at least one, possibly two, or three Ballon d’Ors.

Of course, Scholes, Gerrard, and Lampard are all club legends. Bellingham hasn’t come close to accomplishing what they have. Since he is only 20 years old, he has plenty of time to reach that level and perhaps even advance a step farther.

If a player wants to one day win the Ballon d’Or, there is no greater club in the world than Real Madrid. With Lionel Messi being the lone exception, five of the previous six winners have played for the team at some point in their careers.

Bellingham will undoubtedly be up for numerous Ballon d’Or wins in the future if he can keep playing this well. There may not be a Kylian Mbappe-Erling Haaland era of supremacy as many believe.
